1. Introduction
Welcome to CONEXII. These terms govern your use of our marketplace and related services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 or older to create an account. Providers must pass our verification process.
3. Account Responsibilities
Keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Bookings & Payments
Payments are held in escrow via Wompi and released upon job completion.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After that, partial fees apply.
6. Content & Conduct
Be respectful. Reviews must be truthful. Harassment leads to account termination.
7. Provider Commission
CONEXII charges a 10% platform fee per completed job. No subscription fees.
8. Privacy & Data
We collect only what's necessary to operate the platform. See our Privacy Policy for details.
9. Liability
CONEXII is not liable for damages caused by providers, but we provide dispute resolution.
